How much does shipping and handling cost?

The cost of shipping will depend on the location. You can confirm it at the checkout, the moment before the purchase.

Where can I receive my order?

We ship all over the country! (Argentina)

How long does it take to get the order?

The delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected. Normally the time is between 3 and 7 business days after the payment is credited. (Check with Tomi and OCA)

Can I track the shipping?

OCA allows you to monitor the shipment. In the thank you mail from QA Company, we send the dispatch number: with that number you can track the status of the shipment in www.oca.com.ar

Important information

– All orders must be signed, with an acknowledgment of receipt, when delivered at the address agreed.

– Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched

– Delivery time is estimated and do not include delays caused by the payment authorization.

 

RETURNS

You can change your purchase in any of the exclusive shops of QA Company by bringing the unused garment and the purchase ticket in the QA bag.

What is the deadline for making a change?

You can change your QA product up to 15 days after the purchase.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?

 contact us at ventas@qa.com.ar and we will send you a new one!
